How long does it take to receive my product?

Typically, it takes about 2-5 business days for our products to be produced and sent out. Once shipped, we will deliver continental US orders in 6-10 business days. Shipping is currently available only to US, CA and other 35+ countries, and delivery time is around 3-15 working days. Please note that during the holidays our production time may vary.

Can I change the destination country of my order?

After your order has been sent out, you may not change your shipping address.

How much is shipping?

We provide Free Shipping over $68.
- Priority Shipping: $15–$18 (Free over $68) — Delivery usually takes 8-10 business days
- Standard Shipping: $20 (Free over $68) — Delivery usually takes 11-15 business days

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Orders may take up to 2-5 business days to process before shipping.
